I am seeking a summer 2026 internship in computer science related fields where I can contribute as a junior Computer Science student with a minor in Statistics, while gaining hands-on experience and further developing my technical and analytical skills.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Statistics at Texas A&M University, with an expected graduation date of May 2027. As an international student with roots from India, I bring a global perspective to my professional and academic career. Growing up as the youngest daughter in a supportive family, I made the decision of leaving home at 17 to pursue my education at Texas A&M, drawn by its engineering program and the opportunity to build my independence while creating a strong foundation for my career.
My journey to pursue computer science was highly influenced by my older sister, who is a computer science graduate herself. Her guidance in teaching me how to code during my formative years sparked my passion for problem solving and technical analysis. I found myself drawn towards the challenges and creativity involved in programming, which eventually solidified my decision to pursue computer science as a major.
Beyond classes, I actively engage in various activities that help me maintain balance and perspective. I enjoy staying active through gym workouts, playing badminton, and hiking — with a recent highlight being a glacier hike in Norway. I am an avid sports fan who enjoys watching games with friends and family. I also enjoy exploring different cinematic genres and appreciate good storytelling in all its forms.
My time at Texas A&M has been transformative, exposing me to incredible peers and faculty who have expanded my understanding of what’s possible in the field of computer science.

My academic interests have crystallized around Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Software Development. I’m particularly fascinated by how machine learning models can extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and create innovative solutions to real world problems. Having strong role models in engineering has been instrumental in shaping my aspirations, and I hope to inspire other young women who are considering a career in technology.
I am actively seeking opportunities to apply my technical skills, with a focus on a summer 2026 internship where I can contribute to meaningful projects, while further developing my expertise in data analytics.
